kendal- okay waves to his back and sighs once he leaves, hitting her head down on the table

tao- sighs andrew...okay..i dont agree with the lying your right about that but...but you did it to protect me and that doesnt make you a bad person, if anything that makes you an amazing person that you would do so much just for me

fox - aw shit tao how the hell do u manage to turn that into me be amazing i don't get it how do you do that. see this is why your perfect. leans forward dropping his head down, leaning ahead his chest.


a little later kendal is taken out of the room and back into her cell with dinner, which isn't to fancy.

kendal- picks at her dinner and soon falls asleep on the rock hard bed

tao- kisses his cheek im not even close to perfect. thinks to himself and nuzzles his head, into fox's hair breathing in deeply  we'll you're perfect to me, no matter you're flaws or what you think

fox - you make me feel like a better person tao. says as his voice cracks. a different better person. he sits up and all the pain he's in through his body seems to fade away as he throws his arms around taos neck smiling.

tao- smiles and wraps arms around his chest, his hands rub at fox's back, trying to ease out the tension and pain thats in there same to you andrew

fox - this time when his eyes shut he falls right asleep, so exhausted. right there, sitting up, leaning into tao, his body going limp, his breathing much steadier.

tao-smiles and closes eyes, ends up falling asleep as well, being comforted by fox's steady breathing and his warmth

fox - the next day he sleeps in a little, and though his energy would normally be better, he feels as if all the energy is slowly draining away again hating himself so much for wanting the drugs so bad but he can't help it. wakes up in tao's embrace his body to tired to move around and opens his eyes searching for tao's to see if they're there.


soldiers arrive in kendal's cell, early in the morning and they let her wash up and give her a set of gray clothes and tun lead her out two soldiers behind her, and one in front. they escort her out through the hallway between the building and another next to it, which is much nicer and the ceilings are much higher, on the way to the court room.

tao-right when fox moves his joints wake up again and eyes open a little. andrew...you awake? leans forward and kisses him on the forehead lightly morning

kendal- is stiffly walking, not comfortable in these clothes or in this situation. usually on the other side, escorting the bad guys somewhere and it feels wrong where...whats going to happen now?

fox - smiles at tao and whispers back. morn--his breath catches in his throat and he sucks in a short breath but coughs again wanting air he can't seem to get, wanting to inject the liquid into his skin, so that everything s ok again. -ning.

soldier - you'll see

tao- puts hand on fox's cheek and smiles at him warmly before slipping out of the bed, regretting leaving fox to the cold but moves to the other side of him and starts to work with the machines


kendal- nods and her eyes are wide from fear but tries to hide it

fox - shivers run down his spine and he pulled the covers up all around him, sitting up wrapping them around his shoulders and poking his hands out the top to fiddle with the tubes in his nose. watches tao move around and speaks up in a raspy tone. theres something on your head tao.


soldier - he opens the door to a large court room, except this one has seats spreading around a large circle in the middle of a glossy floor, where a bare white chair sits, unclipped straps hanging off the sides.

tao- stands up straight and cocks head to the side, reaching up to pat the top of his head what.. no i don't?

kendal- gulps seeing the straps on the chair and desperatly wanting not to sit there

soldier - the courtroom is almost full, many high-ups from the air force there, and other people and blah blah. the soldier motions for kendal to take a seat in a cushioned chair up front, not in the white chair.


fox -  his eyes look so sad but he smiles in his slumped posture, his hair twisted and smushed all over the place. his words are quiet. yeah it's your halo.

kendal- walks over to the cushioned chair and sits, bringing her elbows in tightly and sitting up straight

tao- smiles softly and his face reddens from blushing you still have your sense of humor says jokingly and bends down, presses his lips to fox's forehead

fox - i wasn't joking. says with a small grin.


the people in the room stop muttering as soon as soon as kendal sits down and the juror calls for silence.
juror - sir alexander?
alexander - stands up in a tailored gray suit this time and smirks at kendal as he walks down the steps to the center of the room. I've got it from here sir thank you.

kendal- mumbles oh great shuts self up as she sees the stuffy people glare at her may i ask exactly what will happen here?

tao-stops smiling and has a stunned look on his face andrew....i'm not who you think i am. im not perfect

fox - i didnt say you were perfect. i said you were an angel...but your perfect too. smiles and his right hand raises up behind his ear twirling his wacky hair.


Alexander - well! says very loudly while clapping his hands together, making some people flinch. we're going to read aloud what you've been accused of and the consequences ok kendal cloud? and then we will start your trial. and you will sit in that white chair. and we won't even have to have to speak, because your mind will speak for us.  smirks.

kendal- hands clamp onto the sides of the chair and nods...okay

tao- smiles slightly and turns head to kiss fox's hand im not perfect, dont tell lies andrew

fox - that seems to stab him right in the face and he winces. I'm not going to lie to you again tao.

alexander - great then. shall we start?  he seats himself next to kendal, his eyes always locked on her for too long every time he looks at her. he nods to the juror who goes on and on about her success, but then all of her failures including when strife was shot, and the whole mission went differently. talks about the punishments for her actions of "stealing the plane" and the jury constantly mumbles things to each other.
alexander - glances over at kendal as he speaks. your quite interesting aren't you?

tao- eyes widen realizing what he said oh no, no no no thats not...thats not what i meant. sits down next to fox again and takes his hand i know, i know i believe you. leans forward quickly pressing lips against fox's


kendal- shifts uncomfortably im not sure to take that as a compliment or not

Fox. - (sighs and kisses tao for a brief moment before turning away. His fingers pull at a couple strand strands at a time) its fine i know what you meant.
Nurse - (swifs the door open to the room with a smile ) how are you guys?
Fox - (grumbles at her sudden appearance and she sighs)
Nurse - (looks at tao howd you guys sleep?

Alexander - let your mind wonder. (The juror goes on a bit more before it seems like hours go by when its only a few minutes.) looks like its timw to have some fun (grins and stands up holding out his hand to kendal)

tao- we slept fine, thanks. smiles at the nurse and then at fox, it finally feeling right to sleep with him and be pressed against him while he sleeps 


kendal- looks at his hand doubtfully what do you want me to do with that?

Alexander - (sighs annoyed and grabs her arm and yanks her to her feet) no one here has time to waste i think we'd all appreicate it if you took that into consideration. Sit on the chair and relax. All you have to worry about is keeping your mind as open as you can

Fox - arent you supposed to be checking up on me or something? 
Nurse - (snorts) well your well enough to be moody thats for sure. Sleep can serve miracles. But i am yes tao wouls you mind? (Nods for him to move aside as she puts gloves on) dont worry just hecking a few things

kendal- growls and yanks hand away, goes up and sits in the chair, huffing and slumping down now very pissed off they he would touch her fine

tao- no not at all. stands up after kissing fox's cheek once more and shuffles around room, letting her do her job while he cleans up
