elori- quietly slips into her room, leaving the door open a crack and then darting to the desk with no sound. opens a cabinet and pulls out the heavy folder

Neer - a folder? really? he shrinks down to a cat on the bed out of elori's sight and silently hops off the bed and walks up behind elori growing back to his human form behind him and in a flash he snatches the back of his shirt and pushes him up against the cabinets, pinning him, causing only a loud thump but nothing that should cause serena to wake up yet. wants her to be able to get a good nights sleep.  what do you think your doing?

elori- eyes widen when neer grabs him, first thinks is serena but realizes serena is not that strong. gets annoyed some random dude would do that to him and wiggles, trying to get away im not telling you anything, get off!

Neer - scowls, not letting up at all. Whatever then don't. Just give me whatever it is your trying to take and I'll let you go and no one will know this happened.

elori- growls fine, slams the folder into neers chest now let me go before i kill you

Neer - snorts and takes the folder. get out before i get sick of your attitude. would love to hear how he would kill him but he resists that urge stepping aside, pushing elori at the door.

elori- spits at him and memorizes his face before he charged 
serena- was awake the entire time and finally sits up i knew he was going to come tonight

Neer - turns around to look at serena a hint of surprise on his face. what?

serena- rolls eyes he's ridiculous, quite pathetic really

Neer - glances inside the folder realizing what it but shuts it again. why's he want this? puts it back.

serena- probably to find something he can use against me. it doesnt matter, ill set him straight tomorrow. looks at the folder... actually can you give me that?

Neer - imagines what'll happen with them two the next day. hands it back to her and sits on the bed. 

serena- takes it carefully and opens it up slowly. ive never read it

Neer - your own file? shakes his head frowning. he hates the whole idea of that. makes him uncomfortable. something on paper that will basically be there forever as if it'll never go away. 

serena- shakes head and thinks about just taking a quick peek but then lifts it up back to neer put it back.

Neer - you sure? I mean it's not like your not supposed to see it.

Serena- I don't think I can, not yet at least...(looks up at him) you know what's in there, I can't see it.

Neer - nods. alright. doesn't matter though. leans down kissing her own the forehead. its just a filed.

Serena- your right closes eyes it is just a file, I'm not a file

neer - mhm. mumbles in the top of her hair. kisses her forehead once more before pulling away. go to sleep ok? You need it.

Serena- (yawns as if on que) I will, but you better go to sleep too. (slumps back in the bed, closing her eyes),

Neer - ya I will. Love you. watches her for a few minutes not expecting himself to sleep at all but before he knows it the days of exhaustion takes over him and he slumps against the wall asleep.

tao- finishing up the last of his patients and then taking a cab home, greets leo and starts making dinner. had been getting better everyday, no one asks him though, they only ask about fox and his physical damage rather then tao's mental. but he doesn't mind, he rather focus on fox then anything else. but today he tried to clear his head of his ginger boy, instead he focused on himself, promising to see fox tomorrow

kendal- its quiet in the mess hall, walks through, her boots silent against the floor. another woman stands at the end, between the doors and the large glass windows of the guards. they were on break and kendal was not supposed to be here. if they hadnt cut out the power when working at the outside electricity house then the guards would have seen her on the camera. the woman slips her a pack of cigarettes, kendal takes and stuffs them in her bra, then walks casually back to her bunk. when she knows no one is watching she takes out the pack, and on each cigaret a crudely written number spelling out a code

neer - before dawn he wakes beside serena sitting up beside her not wanting to leave. he thinks that he really should but that it would be much better for serena but then he remembers that guy who snuck in last night and scowls.


strife - today he sits for hours thinking about nothing when he finally asks himself what he could actually be doing. thinks of kendal and his last conversation and cringes. thinks of how he could possibly get the information kendal had been waiting for for the first time when his phone rings. he glances at the caller ID warily a little confused but answers it.
cleff - hey strife you there? balances his phone between his shoulder and neck as he flips through papers in the base's library.
zero - sits on the floor in the same isle as cleff skimming through a book on photography.

serena- shivers next to neer and eyes open a bit, looks up at him wearily, rubs eyes and wraps her hand around his wrist. morning, gorgeous. smiles lopsided at him and grabs onto his shirt. c'mere

kendal- looks at the line of phones and the open one, thinks about calling strife but still wants to punch herself after the last conversation
tao- sits at his kitchen counter, staring at the clock. wants to go fox but everytime he thinks that also thinks of the words of all the therapists he's gone to see about thinking about himself first but doesn't really care
